How it fits your shop

Returns covered

A sale is payable only after your return window. If a guitar comes back after a payout, the refund comes off the consignor's next one.

Shares for each consignor

Most consignors get your default. A regular or a local studio can have their own share and agreement length.

Your prices, untouched

Scheduled markdowns skip any item you've repriced in Shopify, so a price agreed with the owner stays put.

Questions

What do music stores charge for consignment?

Many keep 15 to 25% and pay the consignor the rest. Set an 80% share as your default and change it for any consignor.

Can consignors see if their guitar sold?

Yes. They sign in to their own page to see their items, sales and payouts.

Does it track sales on other marketplaces?

It tracks Shopify orders, online and on POS. Sales elsewhere are tracked only if they arrive in Shopify as orders.
