Terms of service

These terms apply when you install or use Consignment Hub ("the app"), a Shopify app provided by TinyFloor ("we", "us"). By installing the app you agree to them on behalf of your business. They sit alongside Shopify's own terms, which govern your Shopify store.
What the app does
The app keeps records for consignment shops: which items belong to which consignor, what each consignor is owed from sales, and the payouts you record. It can change product prices and statuses in your store when you turn on features that do so, and it sends emails to consignors when you ask it to or turn on automatic emails.
The app does not move money. You pay your consignors yourself and record the payment in the app. You are responsible for the payments you make, for your agreements with consignors, and for any taxes or reporting that apply to your business. The app's figures are a tool to help you; check them before you rely on them, and contact us if anything looks wrong.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan includes up to 3 active consignors.
- Premium costs $19.99 USD every 30 days after a 14-day free trial, and is charged through your Shopify bill.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app. Shopify handles plan changes and any credits under its billing terms.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice in the app.
Your data
You own the information you put into the app, including your consignor records. You are responsible for having the right to share consignors' details with us and for telling consignors how you use them. We handle your data as described in our privacy policy. You can export your records at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes them.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, to send email to people who haven't agreed to hear from you, or to interfere with the app or other shops' data. We may suspend access if the app is misused.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. We may change or improve features over time. If we ever stop offering the app, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your records.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for payments you make based on the app's figures, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end these terms if you break them. Sections about liability and your data continue after the terms end.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date above when these terms change and tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
